For customers looking to receive an additional discount, we recommend choosing Bank Transfer as the payment method. Please contact us in advance to obtain a discount code before making the payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, and Aramex.
The estimated delivery time is between 4 to 15 working days, depending on the destination country and shipping service.
Once the order has been dispatched, we do not bear any responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen logistical issues. These factors are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the payment is successfully received.
If any additional verification or documentation is required, the processing time may extend accordingly.
During peak seasons or holidays, order processing may take longer. We will notify customers if there are any significant delays.
4. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions:
The product must be brand new, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon arrival and does not function properly.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the package. Any request beyond this period will not be accepted.
Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
Customers requesting a return must provide sufficient evidence (such as videos, images, or detailed descriptions) to confirm the issue.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Products that have been used for a long period are not eligible for return or refund.
Any damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized repairs, or mishandling by the customer will void the return eligibility.
Printing quality issues are not considered product defects (see Section 6 for details).
5. Repair & Technical Support
If your product is no longer eligible for return or refund, we offer repair services to assist with any technical problems.
Customers may be required to cover the cost of repair services, replacement parts, and associated shipping fees.

6. Printing Quality Disclaimer
Inkjet printing quality is not classified as a product defect.
The printing quality depends on printhead condition, maintenance routine, and environmental factors.Customer who operate according to our instructions will get 100% printing quality for sure
Customers should ensure proper maintenance of the printer head, ink system, and other components to achieve optimal printing results.
We recommend routine cleaning and proper ink usage to extend the lifespan of the printhead.
7. Customs Clearance & Import Duties
Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We do not cover any losses related to customs clearance delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Customers must promptly contact their local carrier or customs office to facilitate clearance and avoid delays.
Upon request, we can provide necessary documentation or declarations to assist with the clearance process.
8. Return Shipping Costs & Taxes
We do not cover return shipping costs or taxes under any circumstances.
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, customs duties, and any related charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
9. Product Inspection & Order Acceptance
Before shipping, all machines undergo strict quality testing and inspection to ensure they are fully functional.
We pack our products securely using thick foam and wooden boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package and the machine before signing the shipping bill.
If you notice any damage, report it to the courier immediately and refuse to accept the package.
If you accept a damaged package, you must file a claim with the shipping company.
If you require a pre-shipment test video or additional details, please contact us before shipping.
